JC series machines were made in the Anderson factory between 1948 and 1954. Probably did not have decals on it. Your motor may be a replacement motor for one that burned out or wore out from use. We've replaced the motor on my Mom's machine twice. Models 27 and 28 were full size machines. Models 127 and 128 were 3/4 size.
