I take my eggs from the refrigerator and cover with tap water. Bring to a boil. Once they reach a boil I set the timer for 1 minute. After 1 minute I turn off the burner and cover the eggs. Now I time for 20 minutes. Cool eggs with cold water until cool enough to handle. Peel and enjoy!
