I had surgery in my right hand and it cured it. But, when I started doing GFG piecing it came back. I started wearing the splints every night and now no problems. I wear on both hands - just to be safe. I am so used to it now that I cannot sleep without them. If surgery is an option - go for it. It is the best remedy.
