Good morning everyone and congratulations to all of those who have lost weight and also to everyone who is participating in this thread. Your support and encouragement is so very helpful.
I lost 6 pounds this month! Unfortunately, 2 of those pounds had to be "lost" twice due to some bad behavior on my part. I gave myself a good talking to and "we" agreed I wouldn't do that again (hopefully)....LOL
Hope to see all of you on October's thread. We're losing, we're in control, and WE CAN DO THIS!
