My Cat is fortunate enough to have 'cat insurance'. It is also affordable, so he gets his teeth cleaned once a yr. I think he is almost 12 yrs old now, mostly, long-haired Maine Coon. He has never been sick, has been on special diet food for about 4 yrs now. He weighs 20.2 oz, but the vet doesn't want him to gain anymore weight. I think cats and dogs should have their teeth cleaned.
