What's for supper? I made great northern bean soup.DH will prob have grilled cheese & I'll have my hummus & veggie wraps.Also have a bowl of cucumber slices......keep them all the time.They make a good side in stead of pickles.
Yesterday we had the frozen PF Changs "skillet dinner" for 2.Has 350 cals & is on the skimpy side,so I added mushrooms & broccoli.Used a $2 coupon.
We're having the most beautiful weather in Ohio.....80,sunny,no humidity,just perfect.Dh took screens down & washed out side windows, I did inside.He also washed front of house,garage etc with power washer.
Used the glider walker for my exercise today.That along with aerobics & work at home is enough.We live out of town & no safe place for walking, which is the only thing I can do. Still eating healthy & hope you all had a good day.
