I have a Baby Lock Quest that I purchased 2 years ago. During that time it has made many trips back to the dealer (during the warranty period) and many trips to a closer repair shop the second year. It was even sent back to the factory for repair once (but at my expense). The primary problem is with the stitch, perhaps tension. Right now it is back in the shop for the top thread looping on the bottom.
I am interested in hearing from anyone who has had problems and been able to get them resolved in some manner.
