Hi. I've kept SOME of it off for 7 years. :) I lost 68, and have kept 38 off despite having some health problems. The reason I thought I would reply to your question is the exercise part of it. I have hip problems that make walking difficult, but over seven years ago I started doing an exercise program called Oxycise. They have some special DVDs for folks with disabilities called The Easy Does It Series. I don't have a way to watch DVDs, so I just do the Oxycise breathing with the floor positions that are in Level 1, but I include several other positions so that I get thirty reps done, which is one workout. I do mine on my bed, on a heating pad, and that helps my hips quite a bit. If you're interested, the website is www.oxycise.com. They have a special on until the 14th, buy one get one free, if you go to the message board and click on the title toward the top about newsletters. I am not an employee of this company. I'm just a satisfied customer. I used the Change One Plan from Reader's Digest, but now I'm trying to follow the Change Your Genetic Destiny (GenoType) Diet by Dr. Peter D'Adamo. I feel better eating this way, but haven't been losing weight. DS has lost 67 pounds in just a few months doing GenoType though. I hope you can find something that will help you feel better.
