Oh my.. that would bother me a LOT.. especially since it's such an important gift.. Call your quilter quick.. see if she's started it.. if not you have the opportunity to get it and fix it.. That's what I'd do.. if she has it quilted, well then you will have to give it more thought. Good luck..
