I'm brand new to embroidery. I bought a monogram alphabet online and created a dst. file . I am using embroidery magic software. I transferred the design to the usb and it was stitching out my monogram perfectly. Then, the bobbin thread ran out in the middle of stitching the monogram, so I filled bobbin, started sewing and the needle broke, so I changed that, then one or two more needles broke. Now, I am trying to do the monogram again and the machine shows that I have a sandisk usb in, but when I touch the folder that is called sandisk, nothing happens. I took the usb out and put it back in the computer to see if file was still there and it is. After repeated attempts, I deleted the monogram file from the usb, and redid everything, but nothing works. Anybody have a solution?? Also, I did turn the machine off and on again to see if I could reset it, but that didn't do anything either. I'm wondering if there is some step I'm missing when I create the file, but I think I'm doing everything the same way I did when it did work (I had written down very explicit instructions for myself). I would greatly appreciate any suggestions!
