Congratulations on your new machine. You will love sewing with her.
I had seen the machines in the bentwood cases and thought they were neat and would be nice to have. But, in Aug., I almost passed up my 1928 Singer 99, because I thought at the time I wanted another Featherweight. I had seen it on craigslist. I changed my mind and called back and told them I did want it after all. Mine cost me $85.00 and I just had to drive about 10 miles to get her. She has the knee bar and is in excellent condition, just a few minor scratches on the case. The decals and everything on the machine are perfect! My Tillie just purrs along so quietly.
If you need more bobbins for her, order them from Sew-Classic, that's what I did.
