See if your doc will check you for sleep apnea and/or low oxygenation at night.
I was waking up at all hours, moving from bed to chair to couch to bed, staying awake, then sleeping inappropriately during the day. Waiting for sleep test, expect to have CPAP machine soon.
Also, starting dialysis helped me sleep through the night - probably not your answer, though.
