I'm in Hillsboro, Oregon, a suburb of Portland. I'm relatively new to quilting, but I come from a family of quilters (Amish ancestry), and so I feel as if I have quilting in my blood. Now that I've started, I don't want to do anything else. If I'm not quilting, I'm thinking about quilting! I don't know how to say this without sounding completely corny, but it seems to fill me with love for the person who is to receive the quilt that I'm working on. What a great stress buster.
