I presume you have the entire quilt top put together, right? If the squares are straight across so you could "unsew" the middle of the quilt, you could then quilt it in sections. Marti Mitchell has a book called "Quilting in Sections". That would make your life much easier if you can't scrunch it so that it fits under your harp. Good luck.
