Wow, this is a lot of questions. 1) There are many free table runner and placemat designs on the internet. It's fun to search them out. 2) Just total the suggested fabrics amounts from the two patterns you chose and that should be about right. I'd round up rather than round down. Stash has never hurt any of us! 3) If you are working, it might be a squeeze. If you aren't than you should be able to get it all done. Just depends on how focused you are on the projects.
