It took me a while to figure out what works best on my ceramic stovetop.Keeping the bottom of my pans clean & grease free helps.I use same pans I've had for yrs.
After cooking,I dribble a bit of warm water on top of any stain, while it's warm,with a sprinkle of baking soda on top of the water.
After eating, use a damp cloth or paper towel to wipe it off.Works for me.
