I lost my previous thread, so here goes again. I use Soft Scrub or Bar Keeper's friend and a single razor blade. I also use a soft sanding block to scrub the surface; it does not scratch. I will never go back to a coil top again. I love my ceramic top. That said, I do not use my pressure canner on it but I do use my hot water bath canner without trouble.
