Barefoot. I'm well aware of the risks, but I prefer the additional flexibility of using my toes on the pedal and also the information I can get from my feet that I would miss with the shoes.

I've also kicked off my shoes at workshops, and learned not to wear lace up shoes/boots to classes (takes to much time to remove them).
