The movers taped my green Olfa cutting mats together, and after removing the tape, it left a sticky residue on my mats. I am at a loss as to how to remove this residue. Used Goo Gone, that didn't work. Used it again and tried to scrape off the residue. No luck. I even tried Comet cleanser on a brush and made a paste. No luck.

Have any of you experienced removing something like this sticky residue from the mat material? and what did you use? Thank you so much, this is annoying as all get out.
