I know a lot of people put sheets on the back, but if I spend all my time and money for a beautiful top I'm not gonna put a cheep sheet on the back of my beautiful masterpiece. And I think the thread construction of the top is cotton and the sheet is polycotton. Your quilt will shrink differently.
