Looking for a "soft" English Toffee Candy Recipe
Hi, I'm wondering if you girls can help me? For a good number of years I have made an English Toffee Candy that many people rave about, and I really appreciate the comments. However, at one time I tried a sample of a slightly softer version of the English Toffee Candy, at a craft fair. I wished I would of ask the gal what temp she cooks her candy at, but I didn't. Now I'm still looking for a recipe that cooks to a lower temp of 290 degrees. One can waste a lot of time, just testing , as I have done. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
