Bacon Ranch Pea Salad
4 slices Bacon
1 quart Water
1 16 oz. pkg frozen Green Peas
1/3 cup Chopped Onions
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cook bacon over med-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
Bring the water to a boil, boil the peas 1 minute, drain. Cool peas under cool running water.
Toss everything together, refrigerate 30 minutes or until chilled before serving. (from allrecipes.com)
