a soak in oxyclean- with some gentle aggitation- rinse & hang to dry should do the trick- you can make an oxy paste and work into any (stubborn) stains they wash up like muslin most of the time- becoming softer & softer with each wash.
I may be a little late with this, but be cautious about using Oxyclean on vintage fabrics that have blue in them. I had a cute little tablecloth/napkin set I was trying to get stains out of where the blue ran, turned those original spots green, and left the whole mess with a blue cast. I've only had this problem with the blue color!
