Susuan and I worked together a few times last summer...I loved both of her projects....and this one surely doesn't dissapoint either! Her piecing is always beautiful and her fabric choices are just fantastic!

I love this lone star and the way it is framed in by the arcs....Beautiful. So I wanted to hightlight that a bit in the quilting and make those arcs kind of pop out. I used feathers, muscle shells, Continuous curves...all come together and form a lovely piece.
