Yes, I wash them as is in the washer, then tumble them in the dryer. Should the fiber fill get bunched up I just fluff the inside by pulling the top side and bottom side away from each other ~ all the while grabbing handfuls of the fiber fill between the layers. It fluffs up nicely...between washings I will do the same to fluff the beds for the kitties...after all as a human with two cats I'm just considered 'staff' anyway. :0)
