I have 2 I can't hand crank - the crank won't fit on mine because it was never set up to hold a motor mount. Check to be sure it has a motor mount before you try to put on a hand crank.
I have a 319 that won't hand crank - the motor mount and the balance wheel are not in a straight line - they are off set.
