There's several in Knoxville---take a look in the on line yellow pages for quilt shops. I like Sewing Machines, Etc., Mamaw's Thimble, Gina's sewing center. If you wanted to venture into Sevierville one that you could get lost in is, and I highly recommend it, the Cherry Pit. Also if you want to spend a day in Pigeon Forge (next town up the road from Sevierville) you will find the 18th annual "A Mountain Quiltfest" which begins March 14 and goes through March 17. E-mail them at
www.mountainquiltfest.com or 865-429-7350. You would be going about 10-15 miles East on I-40 from Knoxville (then about 10-20 more miles to the two towns mentioned), versus going South on 75/40 to Chattanooga.
