I know that none of my Fisker Blades fit in the Olfa. The holes weren't the same. One had an oval shape the other round. I'm not sure which way it went. I Fisker then both Olfa, and none of Fiskers blades would fit, the 45 or 60, that's been about 3 yr ago, things may have changed.
I'm wondering whether you may have picked up some of the scrapbooking blades instead of blades for the regular rotary cutter. The ones I've seen for scrapbooks have some extra plastic in the center of the blade.
