I am so glad that you posted this! Last September a dear member of our church passed. His daughter has approached me about making quilts from his shirts for his family. I did not know where or how to start this project. Now, thanks to you, I do! I think I will use the t-shirts as well in the solid blocks. I know they will have to be stablized before cutting and sewing. Now, I can go forward, I am so happy you posted this! Thank you and I love that quilt!
