I think the main thing is that us newbies try! My quilting is far from the level of long time quilters but I am having fun trying to keep up! I think one problem is, well my problem is, I want to be the skill level today that it took someone else many years to acquire. Our skills will improve with time and effort!

believe me, most of us newer qb members have one part or another we find challenging, if not impossible. you'd be surprised how many people 'farm' parts out to others to do, or are still practicing trying to get better! no way are you alone, so don't worry about it.
