I would offer the half sewn projects to other quilters. The scraps, strips, and pieces cut for blocks should go into containers for future quilts. I've started the Bonnie Hunter way of handling scraps, and I'm loving the fact that I'll have all these pieces cuts out & sorted for future quilts. How fast those will go and what variety, since I'm going through all my scraps this way. Since I've been quilting for 35+ years, imagine the amount of scraps.... : )
