Was it more difficult? Hey, don't feel bad about 3 years...I started my daughter's wedding quilt before she got married and gave it to them for their 10th anniversary!
As someone said about mine, we waited to make sure the marriage was going to last
. I love quilting with the embroidery floss. I used two strands and made the stitches wider so they would show up well. The hard part is keeping the stitch length uniform, especially working with the thick flannel.
