Oh yeah, you can get a free manual for a White 77 (it's gonna be pretty much the same I'm sure) on the Singer site. I don't have any idea why it's there BUT, it is! Just go to the page for manuals & type 77 in the search box. Don't type White...just type 77.
Thanks for all of your suggestion Path49. Although I have a repro manual for my White 77 I ordered one for the 75 just to have one for the machine. I don't mind paying for repro manuals because they are easier to read with my aging eyes. I am going to name the sewing machine Mike after my father who was in the Marine Corps. Sort of rhymes, Mike White!
