I purchased a used Bernina Artista 200e and after 4 plus hours of sewing it freezes up. Shop can't figure out why. Anyone had this problem? I would try a different shop. You may also want to contact Bernina directly. I would not think this should happen and they should be able to find the problem. Good luck.
