I thought of laundry too so I will contact the manager of the daycare center first. I'm making a scrap quilt for the eldery at the center. They only use it for their nap so I hope it won't get dirty. I will wash that one first to see what happens.

About 10 years ago I worked with people with Alzheimers. I got very involved at first but learned not to. You have to if you want to work with them. Sometimes I came home crying but most of the time laughing because I had a good time. But I have to tell you it's heart breaking when a 85 year old lady is crying because she doesn't know where her mom is. I loved working with them just as I love working with the mentally challenged. They really are unique personallities, each with their own abilities.
