Just make sure your blue section aligns with bottom of the fourth red stripe.
I kind of think it is funny that people think the stripes need to be accurate but don't worry about the stars. Who needs Hawaii, Alaska, Arizona, New Mexico, etc... (the last states joining the Union). It's really interesting to see how the stars were arranged with various numbers. And how there were multiple versions of the flag used at a single time- guess people couldn't agree.
