You can just PM one of the admins to get permission before you post the swap. There is no how to really except to just jump in and try it!! LOL I would love to host the Christmas one, but I have two smaller swaps going on right now and I can't host more than 2 at a time. If no one starts one by the time sign ups end for my transportation swap (August 30), I am willing to host a Christmas one.
But if someone gets to it before me, that's cool too!
