I am sure you could do it..If you don't purchase the jelly roll, just cut strips 2 1/2" by WOF. My biggest problem with my first quilt was not keeping the 1/4 inch seams..I would place a piece of blue or other seeable tape where the 1/4 is on your machine...I have a much simpler machine than you have and I piece all my quilts with it!!
