Here is a faux crab cake recipe that my family loves: they really taste like crab!!!
Zucchini Crab Cakes
makes about 8
2 cups grated zucchini (squeezed well)
2 eggs
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
dash of salt
1 small onion grated
mix all together, shape into cakes and fry in a little vegetable oil until lightly browned.
