Yes there are taxes. However, I don't have a car payment and if need be I can take a small loan out against the car to pay the IRS. I look at it as a Blessing and if the Lord gives me a new car then he will provide the funds needed to pay the taxes. AQS will provide me with a 1099 for the value of the car to declare to the IRS. I will recieve the free and clear title from the dealership AQS bought the car from in Kentucky and I will pay Michigan sales tax, registration, tags, and title fees. BUT I get to drive a NEW CAR
