The above link as the original pattern, I modified mine a bit to make 12.5 inch blocks, but this was my inspirations, used the Lazy Girl Flying Geese Ruler, one of my favorite tools. Added several borders, 1( a 2.5 inch white border, 2) 4.5 inch red border, 3) one made of flying geese the same size as in the blocks, 4) and a final border 6.5 inches in dark green.
