I was very surprised when I put my 12.5" ruler on it to check, because all the papers matched up perfectly, so I can't figure out where I lost 1/4 inch. It's my first try at foundation paper-piecing, though, so maybe I missed something somewhere.

I'm thinking that I will leave it up to Colletta as to whether to set it on pointe or not. I think it would look good either way, what do the rest of you think?

Now to carefully get all the paper backing off without ruining anything, and to make a label to send along with it.

I think it would look really nice on point but I'll wait til I see it in person to decide what to do. You're sure its ok for either way?
