I kind of doubt you can buy them - they won't fit too many machines.
I was just looking more closely at this one and I'm wondering if someone took a small frame & panel door and modified it or if they actually built a frame up from scratch? Or maybe Davis' treadle cabinets were topped with frame and panel and they took the top off then added some moulding and feet. That would explain why the holes are there for a treadle belt.
