Gosh I use both of them a lot. The Teflon sheet is great for work with iron on stuff. Pounce great for the quilting part and comes out so quickly.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that the thing I only tried to use once was one of those things that put two pencils together to measure a 1/4 inch. It went in the garbage the next day.
