May I add one point. Only people who can read in the first place easily, can read this way. Anyone with learning difficulties or English as their 2nd language would find it difficult if not impossible. The premise is that the reader reads whole words and doesn't need to decipher unusual consonant and vowel digraphs, so that most of these jumbled words are already familiar to them. However it is still interesting the way the brain works. Many teachers of young children spend their career reading and decoding 'creative ' spelling before children become familiar with and proficient at formal spelling.
