I would like to know how to bar tack a quilt. I'm not familiar with the procedure. I recently started a thread about tying baby quilts and this term came up in a few posts. I have searched here and on You Tube and can't find an explanation. There were mixed reviews about the safety of using the tying process for baby quilts. Please help. Thank You.
