If you want to try landscape quilting and haven't done it before, check out some of Sue Pritt's patterns/kits at Sweet Seasons Quilts http://sweetseasonquilts.com/ Her "Up North" pattern was the first one I did and it was so much fun. She recently did a workshop in my area and was awesome about helping us learn the process. It's a lot easier than you would expect and so much fun. I just did the "Over East" pattern into a lap quilt for my parents and had a blast with it! Sue's patterns are a great way to get started. I'm currently in the process of designing an Adirondack Scene wallhanging for my husband's office.
