I am hoping people will post their weght loss ssecrets and tips! I was a skinny girl until become very ill in the 90s and gained over 100bs. Due to prednisone. My health has improved to where i can move around some. any suggestions for those of us with dentures. Cant eat hard things. Id love to hear your wt loss stories for inspiration.
