No frame, and I just used my regular sewing machine, I don't have a long-arm. Maybe someday. :)
Oh that is really good! I don't know how you do it??? I think I would be going crazy with all the bunching and then I would end up with a wadded mess of uneven seems and nothing that would end up resembling a quilt!
