Have you ever been to the website mangiabenepasta.com? They have tons of cookie recipes, including recipes for pizzelle. I love the recipe that calls for butter - the cookies come out very thin and crisp. Also, I use anise oil for my cookies as my MIL did. Usually have to order it online from an Italian grocery, worth the expense, you only need a few drops to flavor the whole batch of cookies. Have fun making those pizzelle !
